From preconstruction and design-assist to value engineering and budgeting, we assist our clients from the very start to make sure the project stays within budget. Our detailed estimating which includes 3D earthwork modeling and comprehensive takeoffs allows our clients to thoroughly analyze the estimate to ensure the scope of work matches expectations. Florida Civil is bonded through Travelers, with a $50 Million aggregate bond line, and has the financial strength to complete projects of all sizes. In the field, Florida Civil utilizes GPS controls and all of the latest technology to ensure our staff has the best tools to get the job done right, the first time.
